All HES3D-W190 Series hinges offer the following features:

• 3D Adjustability: The hinge can be fine-tuned in all three directions (vertical, horizontal, and depth), allowing the ideal fit. Adjustment is quick and easy.
• Flush or Molded Installation: The hinge can be installed into a doorway flush, or with molding.
• UL Rated: This model of the HES3D mortise mount invisible hinge is UL rated for 3 hours. (Only the dull chrome, dull nickel, and black finish models have the UL rating.)
• Wide Throw: With a long arm, this chrome wide throw hinge allows 3/8” (10 mm) clearance for flush installations, or, alternatively, 1/2” (13 mm) clearance for installation with a molding. The door opens to a full 180° and completely clears the doorway.
• Easy to Install & Service: The hinge flanges come apart, allowing you to provisionally hang the clad door for making adjustments, which makes installation and maintenance much easier.
• Long Service Life: The hinge has successfully completed 300,000 open/close private cycle tests.
• Cover Plate: The cover plate for this mortise mount invisible hinge is plastic. (A metal cover plate is available with the polished nickel model, HES3D-W190PN.)
• Replacement Parts: We carry replacement screw covers for the hinge, as these cosmetic parts are likely to wear out sooner than the hinge body.
