Changed mind NO problem, you have 30 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
Restocking Fee: Products returned or exchanged for reasons other than damaged or defected are subject to 25% Restocking Fee of original purchased price, Products damaged in transit back to Apex Hardware NY Corp, We will refuse returned the product and Credit will not be issued, If the product is damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the shipping company, Apex Hardware NY CANNOT make claims on behalf of the customer with the freight carrier.
Repair Parts are final sale and not eligible for any refunds..
Defected or Damaged Hardware: If a product is defected or damaged when arrived, (pictures required) you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship a replacement at our own expense and provide a return shipping label.We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good resellable condition
Warranties: All warranties or guarantees are limited to those offered by the manufacturer, most of the items we sell come with lifetime warranties to original purchaser; please consult with us about warranty policies of individual products.
Cancellations: We are allowed to cancel an order, if order hasn't left the warehouse or if any technical errors occur with pricing or descriptions or none related imagery is listed on the product page. We will issue a full refund if our customer has to experience any issues like this.
